Fantastic! The banner was delivered just 7 days after we had submitted the design and was exactly as we had imagined. Although we found the design element a bit tricky, Banner World were very helpful and responsive to emails . We are glad we used the electronic proof to check where the pole pockets were going. Absolutely faultless service from Banner World! Having scoured the internet for a company to supply a new band stage backdrop, I always came back to Banner World. The design and ordering process they offer is so simple. Every option is clearly explained, so that even someone with no experience of buying such things can feel confident that they're getting exactly what they're after. They upscaled our supplied graphics to make sure that the printed image on a 2.4m x 2.4m backdrop would be crystal clear, confirmed the proof, and began production on the same day. The finished item was shipped impressively quickly. Even when the courier knocked the shine off the whole experience by misdelivering the package, Benjamin who was our point of contact throughout, was actively involved to ensure that the situation was resolved. Finally, the backdrop itself: We couldn't be happier with the finished product. The image is crystal clear and really stands out, the seams and eyelets are great quality, as is the fabric. I needed a large banner quickly, so I used Banner World's express service. I wasn't sure about the quality of my artwork and so phoned them to check. Ben asked me to email him with a copy and very promptly replied with a mock up of what I could expect from the final product. Happy, I went ahead and ordered.
