Our 4-5 year vinyl graphics printing is printed on eco-solvent machines at 1440 dpi. 4-5 year vinyl is perfect for application onto flat surfaces and can be applied internally and externally. We have over 20 years of experience in vinyl printing and use the latest printing technology and print a wide range of custom vinyl print products. We offer only trade prices and print onto premium materials at the lowest prices.

Printing is in full colour, so you can use text, logos and even photographs in your designs.

Monomeric Vinyl Film

Our 4-5 year vinyl is what is known as a ‘Monomeric’ Film. Monomeric film is manufactured by squeezing a molten mix of PVC and short-chain plasticisers through mechanical rollers. The film is generally thicker than higher grade polymeric or cast vinyl. It is ideal for flat panel application, but does not react well to fitting onto complex curves. This is where a Polymeric Vinyl such as our 5-7 Year Vinyl or our MD-X Vinyl comes in.

4-5 Year Vinyl is cheaper and ideal for external or internal flat applications. Life expectancy is 4-5 years outdoors. We don’t recommend this vinyl for use on vehicles as over time it will shrink slightly and become brittle. But, if you need to fit vinyl graphics onto a signboard or temporarily onto windows at a low cost, it is a great choice.

Our 5-year vinyl graphics printing is designed for perfect installation onto flat panels. Whether you cover a new or existing sign, 4-5 year vinyl is the ideal solution for a low cost printed vinyl for application for any flat panels.

Custom outdoor vinyl printing

4-5 year vinyl has an external lifespan of 5 years. We have known this product when used in sheltered areas to last over ten years and longer.

Ideal for installation onto vehicles, metal panels, glass, painted or varnished wood and most plastics. We offer our 4-5 year vinyl printing gloss or Matt lamination as standard. Additional options include specialist anti-graffiti or dry-wipe laminate.

Best vinyl printing for flat-panel application

Our 4-5 year vinyl works perfectly for flat-panel application. 

This product is not recommended to go over recesses or curved objects. If you require a vinyl product for recesses, you would be better to opt for our Metamark MDX vinyl or Cast Wrap Vinyl.

What Size Can You Print 4-5 Year Vinyl To?

Our rolls are 1370mm wide x 50m. We print at a maximum width of 1320mm. Larger graphics are supplied in panels.

Does This Product Come Laminated?

Yes, we laminate using a matched gloss or matt clear vinyl to protect your graphic from fading in the sun or being scratched. Optional laminates include dry-wipe and anti-graffiti.

What Surfaces Will 4-5 Year Vinyl Stick To?

4-5 Year Vinyl has a permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive and will stick to any smooth, flat surface including metals, glass and most plastics.

Can 4-5 Year Vinyl Be Cut To Shape?

Yes, it can. Once laminated, our self-adhesive vinyl can be contour cut on our flatbed cutting table. You should provide a separately layered cutting path in your artwork file.

Can 4-5 Year Vinyl Be Used Outdoors?

Yes, it can. Our vinyl is weatherproof and waterproof as well as being fade-resistant.

Can 4-5 Year Vinyl Be Installed Onto Shaped Surfaces?

No. 4-5 Year Vinyl is only recommended for flat surfaces and not for complex curves. Use our MD-X Vinyl for such tasks.

How Long Will 4-5 Year Vinyl Last Outdoors?

When correctly installed, we expect it to last for a minimum of 4-5 years outdoors.

How Do I Remove 4-5 Year Vinyl?

We recommend applying a little heat to the vinyl, then peeling it off. Heat will soften the adhesive.
